摘  要:【目的】探明云南罗平烟区烟叶主要化学成分含量及其与感官质量的相关性,为云南罗平烤烟生产技术方案的改进和卷烟配方的应用提供科学依据。【方法】选择罗平县10个乡镇中部叶(C3F)和上部叶(B2F)共计423个样品,采用烟草行业标准连续流动法测定烟叶主要化学成分的含量,用平方欧氏距离法对化学成分含量进行聚类,分析云南罗平烟区烟叶主要化学成分含量及其与感官质量的相关性。【结果】罗平烟区上部叶和中部叶的还原糖、烟碱、总氮、钾、氯和淀粉含量平均分别为21.03%和24.66%、3.28%和2.07%、2.33%和1.87%、1.51%和1.68%、0.39%和0.32%、2.90%和3.48%,上部烟叶还原糖、总氮和淀粉的含量较适中,部分样品烟碱含量偏高,钾和氯含量偏低,中部烟叶总氮、烟碱、淀粉的含量相对适宜,部分样品的钾含量相对较低,部分样品的还原糖含量相对较高,糖碱比较高;上部叶在平方欧氏距离为15处可将所有烟叶样品分为3类,中部叶在平方欧氏距离为10处可将所有烟叶样品分为4类,各类烟叶主要化学成分含量特征明显;还原糖、烟碱、总氮与烟叶评吸质量的相关性较强,其中上部叶的烟碱与浓度呈极显著正相关,与刺激性和劲头分别呈显著负相关和显著正相关;总氮与浓度和总分呈显著正相关;中部叶还原糖与香气量呈显著负相关,烟碱与香气量、劲头和总分呈显著正相关,总氮与香气量呈显著正相关。【结论】罗平烟区上部烟叶还原糖、总氮和淀粉的含量较适中,中部烟叶总氮、烟碱、淀粉的含量相对适宜;各类烟叶还原糖、烟碱、总氮与烟叶评吸质量的相关性较强。【Objective】The correlation between main chemical component content and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Luoping tobacco-growing area of Yunnan is explored,which provide the scientific basis for improvement of flue-cured production technology scheme and application of cigarette formula in Luoping of Yunnan.【Method】Main chemical component content in 423 flue-cured samples including middle leaves(C3F)and upper leaves(B2F)collected from ten towns in Luoping County is determined by continuous flow method of tobacco industry standard,and then the correlation between main chemical component content and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco in Luoping tobacco-growing area of Yunnan is analyzed based on clustering chemical component content with square euclidean distance method.【Result】The average content of reducing sugar,nicotine,total nitrogen,potassium,chlorine and starch in upper and middle leaves of flue-cured tobacco in Luoping tobacco-growing area is 21.03%and 24.66%,3.28%and 2.07%,2.33%and 1.87%,1.51%and 1.68%,0.39%and 0.32%,2.90%and 3.48%respectively.The reducing sugar,total nitrogen and starch content in upper leaves are moderate,nicotine content in upper leaves of some samples is relatively high,and potassium and chlorine content are low.Total nitrogen,nicotine and starch content in middle leaves are appropriate,potassium content in middle leaves of some samples is relatively low,reducing sugar content of some samples is relatively high and sugar-nicotine ratio is high.The upper leaves can be clustered into three types at 15 square euclidean distance,while middle leaves can be clustered into four types at 10 square euclidean distance.The characteristics of main chemical component content in various tobacco leaves are obvious.The reducing sugar,nicotine,total nitrogen are strongly related with sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco.Nicotine in upper leaves is very significantly and positively related to concentration,significantly and negatively related to irritation,and significantly
