摘 要:【目的】探明不同氮钾条件下水芹的生长及品质差异,为提高蔬菜产品器官营养成分含量和抗氧化活性的优质栽培技术提供理论基础。【方法】以湿栽水芹G0601为试验材料,通过基础营养液栽培进行氮钾营养调控,比较不同氮钾水平[(营养液N浓度4.5 mmol/L(N_(4.5))、9 mmol/L(CK_(1),N_(9))和18 mmol/L(N_(18)),K浓度3 mmol/L(K_(3))、6 mmol/L(CK_(2),K_(6))和12 mmol/L(K_(12))]湿栽水芹产品器官营养成分含量及抗氧化活性差异。【结果】水芹产量随营养液N浓度增加而提高,随K浓度增加而降低;水芹光合速率和叶绿素含量随N浓度增加而增加,随K浓度变化无明显差异;可溶性蛋白含量随N浓度增加而提高,随K浓度增加而降低;可溶性糖、甘露醇含量均以对照(N_(9)与K_(6)处理)最高;总酚与DPPH自由基清除率随N浓度增加而提高,随K浓度增加而降低。【结论】综合考虑产量及抗氧化活性因素,保持基础营养液中其他成分浓度不变,N、K浓度分别设置为18 mmol/L和6 mmol/L,可作为湿栽水芹的最优营养液配方。【Objective】The growth and quality differences of Oenanthe stolonifera under different N and K condition are explored,which provide the theoretical basis for improving quality cultivation technology for nutrient component content and antioxidant activity of vegetable organ.【Method】The differences in nutrient component content and antioxidant activity of wet-cultivated O.stolonifera organ treated with different N and K levels[nutrient solution:N concentration of 4.5 mmol/L(N_(4.5)),9 mmol/L(CK_(1),N_(9))and 18 mmol/L(N_(18)),K concentration of 3 mmol/L(K_(3)),6 mmol/L(CK_(2),K_(6))and 12 mmol/L(K_(12))]are compared by taking wet-cultivated O.stolonifera G0601 cultivar as test material and by regulating N and K nutrient through basic nutrient solution cultivation.【Result】The O.stolonifera yield increases with increase of N concentration,and decreases with increase of K concentration.The photosynthesis rate and chlorophyll content of O.stolonifera increase with increase of N concentration,while no obvious difference is observed with variation of K concentration.Soluble protein content increases with increase of N concentration,decreases with increase of K concentration.The soluble sugar and mannitol content are the highest in CK(N_(9) and K_(6) treatment).Total phenols and DPPH radial scavenging rate increase with increase of N concentration,decrease with increase of K concentration.【Conclusion】18 mmol/L N concentration,6 mmol/L K concentration combined with keeping other nutrient component concentration of basic nutrient solution pattern can be used as the optimum nutrient solution formula for wet-cultivated O.stolonifera considering yield and antioxidant factors comprehensively.
