优质油菜籽脱皮冷榨菜胚油加工技术及其产品特性

摘　　要：推动优质油菜籽加工技术高质量发展,研发高品质菜胚油产品,为油脂加工企业生产双低菜籽油和开发应用绿色、有机高品质菜籽油提供参考。通过2015-2020年的实践,集成绿色、环保脱皮冷榨菜胚油加工技术,研制菜胚油系列新产品。该技术具有纯物理天然特性,能保持产品质量的原香本色,绿色环保无污染。其日加工处理能力为12 t,主要流程为高品质原料订单生产、油菜籽烘干及去石清理、剥皮与皮胚分离、低温调质、多次低温冷榨、低温纯物理过滤。研制的菜籽油主要有油研纯香、油研素香、油研小榨香等菜胚油系列新产品,色泽天然金黄透亮,气味清香纯正,符合GB 1536质量标准,具有合理的脂肪酸构成,富含维生素E、植物甾醇等,不产生黄曲霉毒素、苯并芘等风险物质,无溶剂残留;获贵州十大特色优质粮油产品、有机产品、绿色食品等多项奖项和认证,符合现代高品质生活的发展要求,符合绿色、天然、营养、健康的特色优质粮油产品发展理念。Promoting high-quality development of quality rapeseed processing technology and developing high-quality rapeseed embryo oil products provide a reference for oil-processing enterprises to produce double-low rapeseed oil and develop and apply green,organic and high-quality rapeseed oil.The dehulling and cold-pressing rapeseed embryo oil processing technology has been integrated green,environmental protection,and the series of new rapeseed embryo oil products have been developed through the practice from 2015 to 2020.The technology is featured with pure physical natural characteristics,keeping original flavor of product quality and green environmental protection without pollution.The daily processing capacity is 12 t and the main flow includes order production of high-quality raw material,rapeseed drying and stone cleaning,peeling and separating embryo,low temperature tempering,multi-cold pressing at low temperature and pure physical filtration at low temperature.The developed rapeseed oil mainly includes a series of rapeseed embryo oil new products,such as Youyan Chunxiang,Youyan Suxiang and Youyan Xiaozhaxiang.The color is natural golden and bright,the flavor is fresh and pure.They accord with quality standard of GB 1536.The products have rational fatty acid component,enrich in Vitamin E and phytosterol,do not produce aflatoxin,benzo pyrene and other risk substances,and have no solvent residue;They have gained multiple awards and certifications such as top ten characteristics high-quality grain&oil products in Guizhou,organic product and green food,which conform to the development requirements of modern high-quality life and in line with development ideas of green,natural,nutrition and health characteristics high-quality grain&oil product.
