摘  要:为探索天敌昆虫与云南木蠹象之间的信息联系机制,研究天敌寄生蜂定向到该虫的种间化学信号,为筛选对天敌寄生蜂具有生物活性的引诱剂,实现对该虫的生态控制提供理论参考。采用固相微萃取和气质联用(SPME-GC-MS)技术,对云南木蠹象幼虫危害的云南松带虫树皮和带虫木质部挥发性成分进行了研究。云南松带虫树皮挥发性化合物主要包括7类37种,分别是萜烯类21种、醇类7种、酮类4种、醚类2种、烷烃类1种、酯类1种和烯烃1种;云南松带虫木质部挥发性化合物主要包括6类40种,分别是萜烯类24种、醇类7种、酮类5种、烷烃类2种、酯类1种和氧化物1种。In order to explore the mechanism of information connection about natural enemy insects with Pissodes yunnanensis,the interspecific chemical signals of natural enemy parasitoids directed to the insect were studied,and the theoretical reference was provided for screening attractants with biological activity to natural enemy parasitoids and realizing ecological control of the insect.The volatile components about bark and xylem of Pinus yunnanensis which harmed by larva of Pissodes yunnanensis were studied by means of SPME-GC-MS.The bark contained 37 volatile components from 7 groups,including 21 terpenes,7 alcohols,4 ketones,2 ether,1 alkane,1 ester and 1 alkene.The xylem contained 40 volatile components from 6 groups,including 24 terpenes,7 alcohols,5 ketones,2 alkane,1 ester and 1 oxide.
