健脾疏肝汤联合生物反馈电刺激治疗肛门直肠神经官能症肝郁脾虚证的临床疗效和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾疏肝汤联合生物反馈电刺激治疗肛门直肠神经官能症肝郁脾虚证的临床疗效和对安全性分析。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年3月在本院诊断为肛门直肠神经官能症肝郁脾虚证患者92例,根据所给予治疗方法的不同,将其分为两组:单独生物反馈电刺激治疗为对照组(n=46),健脾疏肝汤联合生物反馈电刺激治疗为研究组(n=46),疗程为30d。比较两组患者治疗后的总临床疗效,治疗前、治疗后(30d)患者的焦虑情况、生活质量,治疗前、治疗15d及治疗后(30d)的中医病症积分表(SSTCM)疗效和不良反应情况,以此分析两种治疗方法的临床效果以及治疗安全性。结果:治疗后研究组无、轻度焦虑患者比例明显大于对照组,中度则少于对照组(P<0.05),重度患者比例虽低于对照组,但差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者在治疗后生活质量评分各项目均有所改善,但研究组改善情况均明显优于对照组,(P<0.05);治疗后15d以及30d,两组患者中医症状积分均呈明显下降趋势,但研究组治疗后15d以及30d评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均无痊愈患者出现,研究组总有效率为100.00%,明显要优于对照组56.52%(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论:健脾疏肝汤联合生物反馈电刺激对治疗肛门直肠神经官能症肝郁脾虚证临床疗效佳,安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of using Jianpi Shugan Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of anorectal neurosis.Methods:92patients with anorectal neurosis diagnosed in our hospital from January 2017to March 2019were selected and divided into two groups according to the different treatments.The controlled group was treated with Jianpi Shugan Decoction alone in 46cases(n=46),and the study group was treated with Jianpi Shugan Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation(n=46).The patients were followed up for 3months,and the anxiety,quality of life,SSTCM,clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the proportion of patients with no or mild anxiety in the study group was significantly larger than that in the controlled group,and the proportion of patients with moderate anxiety was less than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Although the proportion of patients with severe anxiety was lower than that in the controlled group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups improved after treatment,but the improvement of the study group was significantly better than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).After 15and 30days of treatment,the TCM symptom scores of both groups showed a significant declining,but the scores of the study group in 15and 30days after treatment were significantly lower than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).There were no well-healed patients in the two groups.The total effective rate in the study group was 100.00%,which was significantly better than the controlled group which was 56.52%(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Jianpi Shugan Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation has good clinical efficacy and high safety in the treatment of anorectal neurosis.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
