摘  要:将稻秆在改进的索式萃取器中用丙酮进行溶解萃取,对其溶解特性及其产物进行分析。随着时间的延长,萃取百分率呈缓慢-快速增加趋势,萃取至60 h时趋于稳定,萃取率达72%。应用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC/MS)检测到25种化合物,分为烃类、醇酚、醛、酮、酸及酯6类,其中醇酚含量最多,为32.981%,烃类和酸类相近,酮类最少,为1.292%。同时检测到一些含量高且有重要应用价值的化合物如鲨烯、生育酚等。Rice straw was extracted in acetone by Soxhlet extraction, and its dissolution characteristics and products were analyzed. With the extension of time, the extraction yield began to increase slowly and then accelerated, and the extraction rate tended to be stable for 60 h, reaching 72 %. 25 kinds of compounds were detected, which were mainly composed of hydrocarbons, alcohols, phenols, aldehydes, ketones, acids and esters. The content of alcohols and phenols was 32. 981 % at most, hydrocarbons and acids were in similar content, and ketones was 1. 292 % at least. Some compounds with high content and wide application value such as squalene and tocopherol were detected.
