摘　　要：国际化人才是海南自贸区(港)建设实施的关键保障。本文通过对海南企事业单位进行调查及访谈,了解海南自贸区(港)建设背景下海南企事业单位对国际化人才需求状况;通过归纳分析调查结果,探索适合海南自贸区(港)建设的国际化人才培养模式,从而更好地服务海南自贸区(港)建设。International talents are the key guarantee for the construction and implementation of Hainan Free Trade Zone.Through the surveys and interviews with enterprises and institutions in Hainan,we try to get to know the the demand of Hainan enterprises and institutions for international talents under the construction background of Hainan Free Trade Zone.By summarizing and analyzing the survey results,this paper explores the international talent cultivating mode in accord with the construction of Hainan Free Trade Zone,thus better serving the construction of Hainan free Trade zone.
