摘  要:传统的振动研磨抛光机由带PU复合胶的圆筒形研磨容器、立式振动电机、弹簧支承架和底座机架等组成,属敞开式结构,振动和噪音大,易产生污水,环保性较差。为提高振动研磨抛光机的环境适应性和易操作性,课题组对其传统结构进行了改进:设计一个带隔振降噪材料且能自动启闭的减振消音罩;由振动分选筛对研磨物料进行自动分选,并将废水进行集中收集处理;整机采用PLC自动控制。从而,改善了振动研磨抛光机的自动化程度和环保性能,使其能更好地适应当前绿色制造的要求。The traditional vibration grinding and polishing machine is composed of a cylindrical grinding container with PU compound adhesive,a vertical vibration motor,a spring support frame and a base frame,etc.It is an open processing machine with large vibration and noise,easy to produce sewage and poor in environmental protection.In order to improve the environmental adaptability and operability of the polishing machine,the traditional structure was improved.A damping muffling cover made in vibration isolation and noise reduction material with an automatic opening and closing function is added.The grinding material is automatically sorted by the vibration separation screen,and the waste water is collected and treated in a centralized way.The whole machine adopts PLC automatic control to realize the automation of grinding process and incoming and outgoing materials.Through the improvement of these three aspects,the automation degree and environmental protection performance of the vibration grinding and polishing machine are improved,so that it can better adapt to the current requirements of green manufacturing.
