摘  要:食管癌的发生发展是基因变异和环境因素共同作用的结果,表观遗传学变化常受环境等后天因素调控,是食管癌复发和转移的关键驱动因素之一。本文综述参与食管癌发生和演进的表观遗传学变化,包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰与染色质重塑、miRNA、长链非编码RNA等,分析总结表观遗传学变异在食管癌转移中的关键作用,为食管癌治疗提供新的思路和策略。The development and progression of esophageal cancer is the collaborative consequence of genetic aberrations and environmental factors.Epigenetic dysregulation is widely linked to acquired factors,such as environmental factors,and plays a crucial role in recurrence and metastasis of esophageal cancer.In this review,we summarizes epigenetic alterations associated with development and progression of esophageal cancer,including DNA methylation,histone modifications and chromatin remodeling,miRNA,and long non-coding RNA,to provide insights into the roles of epigenetic events implicating in metastasis of esophageal cancer and novel approaches and strategies for therapeutic modality of esophageal cancer.
