碘佛醇致对比剂脑病一例

摘　　要：对比剂脑病是在血管内使用对比剂后出现的一种罕见的神经系统并发症,经过及时的诊断和治疗,患者一般预后良好,但亦有部分患者预后不良。该文报道1例应用碘佛醇行全脑血管造影术后即刻出现小脑功能障碍的对比剂脑病病例,以期对对比剂脑病的诊治提供一定的临床指导。Contrast-induced encephalopathy is a rare neurological complication that occurs after intravascular use of contrast agent.After timely diagnosis and treatment,patients generally have a good prognosis,but some patients may have a poor prognosis.The authors reported a case of contrast-induced encephalopathy with cerebellar dysfunction immediately after cerebral angiography with ioverol,in order to provide clinical guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of contrast-induced encephalopathy.
