血清CEA、AFP、CA199、CA125、CA153检测在乳腺癌临床诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清CEA、AFP、CA199、CA125、CA153等指标在女性乳腺癌临床疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法:随机选取无锡市妇幼保健院2018年6月至2020年6月收治的128例进行乳腺癌筛查的女性作为研究对象,其中乳腺癌患者20例,分为A组;乳腺良性疾病患者57例,分为B组;健康女性51例,分为C组;对3组患者均进行血清CEA、AFP、CA199、CA125、CA153检测。结果:A组患者血清CEA、AFP、CA199、CA125、CA153均显著高于B组和C组(P<0.05);B组和C组之间的血清CEA、AFP、CA199、CA125、CA153差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组患者血清联合检测阳性率显著高于单一检测阳性率(P<0.05);A组患者血清联合检测阳性率显著高于B组和C组(P<0.05);A组血清CEA、CA199、CA125、CA153单一检测阳性率均显著高于B组、C组(P<0.05);B组血清CEA单一检测阳性率均显著高于C组(P<0.05)。结论:血清CEA、AFP、CA199、CA125、CA153等多种肿瘤标志物联合检测在临床乳腺癌筛查诊断中应用价值较高,可明显提高乳腺癌早期检出率。Objective:To explore the application value of serum CEA,AFP,CA199,CA125,CA153 and other indicators in the diagnosis of female breast cancer.Methods:A total of 128 women with breast cancer screening who were admitted to Wuxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects,including 20 breast cancer patients(group A),57 patients with benign breast disease(group B),and 51 healthy women(group C).Serum CEA,AFP,CA199,CA125 and CA153 were detected and compared among the 3 groups.Results:Serum CEA,AFP,CA199,CA125 and CA153 in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum CEA,AFP,CA199,CA125 and CA153 between group B and group C(P>0.05).The positive rate of combined detection of serum in group A was significantly higher than that of single detection(P<0.05).The positive rate of combined detection of serum in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and C(P<0.05).The positive rates of CEA,CA199,CA125 and CA153 in serum of group A were significantly higher than those of group B and C(P<0.05).The positive rates of serum CEA in group B were significantly higher than those in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined detection of serum CEA,AFP,CA199,CA125,CA153 and other tumor markers has high application value in clinical breast cancer screening and diagnosis,which can significantly improve the early detection rate of breast cancer.
