内斜切口牙龈切除术、微波手术在牙龈增生患者治疗中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析内斜切口牙龈切除术、微波手术在牙龈增生患者中的治疗效果。方法:随机选取本院在2018年3月~2019年2月收治的80例牙龈增生患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为实验组和参照组,每组患者40例,实验组患者采用内斜切口牙龈切除术治疗,参照组患者采用微波手术治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:(1)实验组治疗总有效率高于参照组,P<0.05;(2)实验组患者咀嚼功能、生活质量评分高于参照组,P<0.05;(3)实验组病情复发率低于参照组,P<0.05。结论:牙龈增生患者应用内斜切口牙龈切除术治疗效果更佳,能够有效改善患者的咀嚼功能,且安全性高。Objective:Analyze the therapeutic effect of gingivectomy and microwave operation in patients with gingival hyperplasia.Methods:80 patients with gingival hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were randomly selected as research objects,they were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group,40 patients in each group,the experimental group was treated by gingivectomy with internal oblique incision,the control group was treated with microwave operation,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,P<0.05;(2)The masticatory function and quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,P<0.05;(3)The recurrence rate of experimental group was lower than that of reference group,P<0.05.Conclusions:Gingivectomy with internal oblique incision is effective in patients with gingival hyperplasia,it can improve the masticatory function of patients,and high security.
