眼球后注射曲安奈德联合眼底激光治疗BRVO继发CME的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析眼球后注射曲安奈德联合眼底激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)继发黄斑囊样水肿(CME)的疗效。方法:按照不同治疗方案,将本院2018年10月~2019年6月收治的66例(66眼)BRVO继发CME患者分为两组,对照组单纯采取眼底激光治疗,观察组采取眼球后注射曲安奈德联合眼底激光治疗,比较两组患者的CME减轻情况及最佳矫正视力(BCVA)改善情况。结果:观察组CME减轻29例(87.9%),对照组CME减轻21例(63.6%),两组对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,观察组BCVA较治疗前及对照组明显改善,对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:眼球后注射曲安奈德联合眼底激光治疗BRVO继发CME,在减轻患者CME、改善视力方面有明显效果。Objective:To analyze the curative effect of posterior injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with fundus laser in the treatment of cystoid macular edema(CME)secondary to branch retinal vein occlusion(BRVO).Methods:According to different treatment plans,66 patients(66 eyes)with BRVO secondary CME admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to June 2019 were divided into two groups.Injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with fundus laser treatment,compared the reduction of CME and the improvement of best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)between the two groups of patients.Results:CME decreased in 29 cases(87.9%)in the observation group and 21 cases(63.6%)in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).6 months after treatment,the BCVA of the observation group was significantly improved compared with that before treatment and the control group,and there was a significant difference in the comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion:Retro-eye injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with fundus laser treatment of BRVO secondary CME has a significant effect in reducing the patient's CME and improving vision.
