电化学发光免疫分析仪检测血清肿瘤标志物在肺癌诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探究与分析电化学发光免疫分析仪检测血清肿瘤标志物在肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取天津市胸科医院自2017年3月~2019年3月收治的肺癌患者41例作为肺癌组,均给予GP方案治疗,另选择肺部良性病变患者40例作为良性组及来院行体格检查的健康人45例作为对照组,采用电化学发光免疫分析仪对三组人员的血清肿瘤标志物水平进行检测。结果:肺癌组分别与良性组、对照组相比,良性组与对照组相比血清NSE、CEA、SCCAg、CA125、CYFRA21-1水平均较高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺癌组治疗后与治疗前相比血清NSE、CEA、SCCAg、CA125、CYFRA21-1水平均较低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电化学发光免疫分析仪检测血清肿瘤标志物在肺癌早期诊断以及预后判断上具有重要的应用价值。Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of serum tumor markers detected by electrochemical luminescent immunoassay in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods:Selection of tianjin xiongke hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were 41 patients with lung cancer as lung cancer group,plan to GP treatment,another 40 patients with benign lung lesions were selected as the benign group and 45 healthy people who came to the hospital for physical examination as the control group.The serum tumor markers of the three groups were detected by electrochemical luminescent immune analyzer.Results:Compared with the benign group and the control group,the serum levels of NSE,CEA,SCCAg,CA125 and CYFRA21-1 were higher in the benign group and the control group,respectively,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum levels of NSE,CEA,SCCAg,CA125 and CYFRA21-1 in the observation group were all lower than those before treatment,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of serum tumor markers by electroluminescent immunoassay has important application value in the early diagnosis and prognosis of lung cancer.
