摘 要:通过改变乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)鞋底发泡材料中的过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)和偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)含量,在配方中加入碳酸钙和采用三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)部分替代EVA三种方法,分析材料干湿止滑和磨耗性能。发现适当的发泡剂用量下,增加交联剂,材料的耐磨性上升,干湿止滑性能不变,但交联剂超过交联密度临界值后,干湿止滑性能下降;交联密度不同时,增加发泡剂,材料的干止滑上升,耐磨性下降,湿止滑不同;在基础配方上,加入5份碳酸钙,活化了分子链,使得干止滑上升,湿止滑和耐磨性下降;EPDM置换EVA的加入,增加了分子链的运动能力,发泡材料干湿止滑和耐磨性能都提高了。By changing the contents of dicumyl peroxide(DCP),azodicarbonamide(AC)in the ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)foamed sole materials and adding calcium carbonate to the material and part replacement of EVA with ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM),the dry and wet stop slip and wear performance were studied.It is found that with an appropriate amount of foaming agent,the wear resistance of material could increase with the increasing amount of cross-linked agent and the dry and wet skid performance could not change.However,when the cross-linked agent exceeds the crosslink density threshold level,the dry and wet skid resistance decrease.When the crosslink densities are different,with the increasing of foaming agent,the dry skid resistance increases,the wear resistance declines,wet skid resistance is different.On the basis of the formula,adding five parts of calcium carbonate could activate the molecular chain and increase the dry skid resistance,and the wet skid resistance and wear resistance could decrease.The addition of EPDM replacement EVA could increase the movement ability of molecular chain,and improve the dry and wet skid and wear resistance of foaming materials.
