摘　　要：近年来,肠道菌群介导的脑肠轴上行通路备受关注,即通过维持肠道微生态平衡达到防治疾病的目的。一系列研究表明肠道菌群通过脑肠轴通路影响着脑血管疾病的发生发展。目前,针灸干预对肠道菌群的影响和调控成为新的研究趋势,以针灸改善肠道微生态失衡为切入点的疗法有望成为脑卒中新的防治契机。笔者拟从肠道菌群为切入点,来探讨针灸预防脑卒中的可行性。In recent years,intestinal microflora mediated brain gut axis pathway has attracted much attention,that is,through maintaining the intestinal microecology balance to achieve the purpose of disease prevention and treatment.A series of studies have shown that intestinal microflora affects the occurrence and development of cerebrovascular diseases through the brain gut axis pathway.At present,the effect and regulation of acupuncture intervention on intestinal microflora has become a new research trend,and the treatment with acupuncture to improve intestinal microecology imbalance as the breakthrough point is expected to become a new opportunity for stroke prevention and treatment.The authors intend to discuss the feasibility of acupuncture to prevent stroke from intestinal microflora.
