摘　　要：目前国内全科住院医师培训尚处于起步阶段,老年医学与全科医学关系紧密,学科之间交叉广而深,具有多学科协作特点。全科住院医师在老年病学科规范化培训,有利于全科医师在培训中学习多发病、常见病的诊疗,更有利于老年患者诊疗体系的完善。文章通过医院全科住院医师规范化培训与老年病学相结合培养实践,介绍老年医学与全科医学共同点,通过全面组建探索住培新途径;科学管理,完善制度化建设;质量要求,增强岗位胜任力,同时对存在问题及时考虑对策。建立并探索适合我国全科住院医师规范化培训模式,持续改进,使之稳步健康发展,并逐渐形成科学的管理和区域性住培优势基地,为基层医院培养合格的住院医师。At present Chinese general practitioners standardization training is still in its infancy.They are wide and deep Between gerontology and general medicine,have the characteristics of multidisciplinary collaboration.For general practitioners in training,Learning diagnosis and treatment of the frequently-occurring and common disease is more advantageous to the improvement of geriatrics diagnosis and treatment system.This paper introduces the common characteristics of geriatrics medicine and general practice,and explores new ways of general practitioner standardization training through comprehensive establishment,scientific management,improve the construction of institutionalization;quality requirements,enhance clinical ability of general practitioner to work.At the same time,training hospitals can take measures for the existing problems in time.In this article,general practitioners standardization training in geriatrics disciplines explore the new pattern of resident standardization training in our country.These continuous improvement,steady and healthy development,gradually form a scientific management and regional advantages of residential training base,for community health centre to train qualified residents.
