摘  要:为推进临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养改革,提升研究生培养质量,我国实行临床医学硕士专业学位研究生与住院医师规范化培训并轨培养,其中儿科作为重点学科备受关注。作为学校直属附属医院和住院医师规范化培训基地,针对儿科的特殊性,通过调研及召开学生、相关教学管理人员及研究生指导教师座谈会等形式,寻找儿科住院医师规范化培训中的不足,积极探索儿科研究生住院医师规范化培训模式,从组织架构的设立、研究生的招生录取、带教教师的选拔、带教教师的培训、研究生全面的培养、考核评价体系的完善等六个方面,提升儿科硕士专业学位研究生住院医师规范化培训质量和医疗水平,实现医院综合水平的整体提升。In order to promote the reform of the training of graduate students with master's degree in clinical medicine and improve the quality of postgraduate training,the standardized training of graduate students of clinical medicine and resident doctors is carried out together in China.As an affiliated hospital and a standardized training base for resident doctors of our university,in view of the particularity of pediatrics,we seek the deficiencies in the standardized training of pediatric resident doctors by holding student seminars,relevant teaching managers and graduate guidance teachers'seminars,and actively explore the standardized training model for pediatric resident doctors from six aspects:the establishment of organizational structure,the admission of graduate students,the selection of teaching teachers,the training of teaching teachers,the comprehensive training of graduate students,and the improvement of the evaluation system,to promote the standardized resident training quality and medical level of pediatric master degree graduate,and realize the improvement of hospital comprehensive level.
