健胃愈疡颗粒用于胃溃疡治疗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对于胃溃疡采取健胃愈疡颗粒进行治疗的临床效果开展探讨。方法选取医院2019年1月—2020年1月期间收治的胃溃疡患者88例作为课题研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组各44例,对照组采用三联疗法治疗,观察组加用健胃愈疡颗粒治疗,对比两组临床疗效、不良反应出现情况。结果两组临床总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;研究组与对照组胃溃疡患者产生不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论临床中针对胃溃疡患者,为其提供健胃愈疡颗粒进行治疗效果明显,治疗安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jianweiyuyang granule in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods 88 patients with gastric ulcer from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the objects of this study.The selected patients with gastric ulcer were divided into three groups by the method of random number table.44 patients with gastric ulcer were treated with triple therapy,which was included in the control group.The remaining 44 patients with gastric ulcer were treated with Jianweiyuyang granule,which was included in the study group,and the patients with gastric ulcer in the two groups were compared The clinical effect and adverse reactions after the treatment with different drugs.Results Two groups of clinical overall efficiency comparison,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05;study group and control group of gastric ulcer patients with adverse reactions,the difference was not statistically significant,P>0.05.Conclusion It is effective and safe to provide Jianwei Yuyang Granules for patients with gastric ulcer in clinic.
