摘  要:润滑通常是保证机器正常运转的重要条件,测量润滑油膜厚度可以准确评价机械润滑效果,因此具有重要的实际应用价值。试验使用柱形油膜测厚机构与楔形油膜测厚机构,通过超声波探头发射并接收一定带宽频率的超声波信号。基于超声波谐振模型与弹簧模型,对测得的不同油膜厚度对应超声波反射信号进行快速傅里叶变换处理,通过所得反射系数求得油膜的厚度。超声波测量方法具有传播距离长,穿透力强,对被检测结构的要求低,受测试环境影响小的优点,可以无损检测油膜厚度,比传统测量油膜厚度方法具有更大的优势。Lubrication is usually an important condition to ensure the normal operation of the machine.Measuring the lubricating oil film thickness can accurately evaluate the mechanical lubrication effect,so it has important practical application value.Vertical and horizontal oil film thickness measuring mechanisms are used in the test.Ultrasonic signals with certain bandwidth frequency are transmitted and received by ultrasonic probe.Based on the ultrasonic resonance model and spring model,the ultrasonic reflection signals corresponding to different oil film thickness measured are processed by FFT,and the oil film thickness is obtained by the reflection coefficient.Ultrasonic measurement method has the advantages of long transmission distance,strong penetration,low requirement for the structure to be tested,and less affected by the test environment.It can be used for nondestructive detection of oil film thickness,which has greater advantages than the traditional method of measuring oil film thickness.
