摘  要:为探究高等师范院校本科学生课堂教学质量评价的有效性及教师年龄、职称等因素的影响,运用信度分析、关联性分析、回归分析等方法对重庆市某市属普通师范院校近五年课堂教学质量评价量表中各指标评价结果进行分析。结果表明:评价量表各指标具有较好的一致性和稳定性,能较为客观地反映教师的教学能力。随着教师职称的升高,不同学年评价结果相关性增强。高职称教师课堂教学质量评价呈现明显的两极分化,好评和差评比例均比较高。职称相同时,青年教师评价结果优于中年教师,其中,青年和老年教授评价结果明显优于中年教授。具体表现为:青年讲师课件准备和教学态度认可度高,而教学方法认可度较低;青年教授教学内容和教学语言评价较好,而课堂管理和教学方法评价较低。中年副教授课堂纪律和为人师表认可度较高,而教学方法和内容准备认可度低;中年教授课堂纪律评价较好,而教学内容、教学语言和教学态度评价低。老年教授教学方法、教学语言和为人师表获得较高评价,而教学内容和课件准备评价较低。这些结论为高师院校分类实施教师教学技能培训,提升教师教学水平和学生满意度,制定学校教师和教学管理政策提供了理论支撑。In order to explore the effectiveness of classroom teaching quality evaluation of undergraduate students in normal colleges and the influence of factors such as teachers’ age and professional title on the evaluation. Using reliability analysis,correlation analysis, regression analysis and other methods, the data of classroom teaching quality evaluation of municipal ordinary normal colleges in Chongqing in the past five years was excavated. The results show that the indicators of the evaluation scale have good consistency and stability and can objectively reflect the teaching ability of teachers. As the teacher’s professional title rises, the relevance of the evaluation results increases. The teaching quality evaluation results show a distinct trait of polarization. When the professional title is the same, the evaluation results of young teachers were better than middle aged teachers. Specifically, the evaluation results of young and elder professors were significantly better than those of middle-aged professors Teachers of different ages and titles have different characteristics for each evaluation index. This provides theoretical support for the normal implementation of teacher teaching skills training in normal colleges, improving teachers’ teaching levels and students’ learning satisfaction, and formulating teacher and teaching management policies.
