摘 要:高校科学研究活动是一种主要由高校教师开展的高级的、复杂的,以提出新颖、恰当的理论观点为目的的创新行为。这种创新行为与一般工作行为相比具有诸多差异,采用传统的激励措施并不能产生良好的效果。系统梳理心理学中关于动机、工作环境感知、人际关系感知、领导方式等对创新行为产生影响的相关理论,可以为完善我国高校科研激励机制提供新的理论视角。基于此,本文提出了正确处理凝练学科方向与鼓励自由探索的关系、根据教师科研创新能力差异设定多元化科研考核周期和绩效目标、针对教师心理需求合理使用奖励手段、营造科研团队和谐的人际关系等建议。Scientific research activities in colleges and universities are advanced and complex creative beha-viors,mainly carried out by university teachers,aiming at putting forward novel and appropriate material products or theoretical viewpoints.There are many differences between creative behavior and the general work behavior,and the traditional work incentive measures cannot produce good incentive effect.By systematically combing the psychological theories about the influence of motivation,work environment perception,interpersonal relationship and leadership style on creative behavior,this paper provides a new theo-retical perspective for improving the incentive system of scientific research in China’s universities.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions to deal with the relationship correctly between refined disciplinary direction and promoting free research and to create a harmonious relationship of the research group through pluralistic research examination period and achievement goal according to the differences of teachers’innovation and research abilities by appling reasonable performance rewards system according to teachers’psychological needs.
