摘 要:教育信息化在哪些方面、多大程度上促进了新疆少数民族地区基础教育的发展,目前并无详实的实证数据。为此,文章首先构建了新疆基础教育信息化应用指数评估框架,通过探索性因素指标预处理筛选出9项核心的信息化应用指数观测指标,在此基础上设计了信息化应用指数假设模型并进行了验证。随后,文章对新疆X地区13所中小学的信息化应用指数进行了实证评测,发现:聚成的五类中小学的信息化应用指数主要受国家通用语言政策、学校地理位置、教育信息化试点等因素的影响;在三种类别学校中,民汉均等的学校信息化发展问题最为突出;在17门学科中,主科课程的信息化应用指数整体偏低。最后,文章针对新疆基础教育信息化应用指数的提升提出建议,以期促进新疆少数民族地区基础教育的发展,缩小南北疆、城乡和不同民族之间的信息鸿沟。There is no detailed empirical data in what aspects and to what extent the education informationization has promoted the development of basic education in Xinjiang minority areas.Therefore,this paper firstly constructed the evaluation framework of application index of basic education informationization in Xinjiang,selected 9 core observation indicators of informationization application index through indicators pretreatment of exploratory factors,and accordingly designed the hypothetical model of informationization application index and further verified this model.Subsequently,the empirical evaluation of the informationization application index of 13 primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang X area was conducted.It was found that the clustered five types of informationization application indexes of primary and secondary schools were mainly affected by factors of the national common language policy,the geographical location of schools,and the education informationization pilot.Among the three types of schools,the issue of informationization development of schools that the minority is equal to han was the most prominent,and the informationization application index of major subjects was generally low in the 17 discipline courses.Finally,some suggestions were put forward for the improvement of basic education informationization in Xinjiang minority areas,in expectation of promoting the development of basic education in Xinjiang minority areas,and narrow the information gap between northern and southern Xinjiang,urban and rural areas,and different ethnic groups.
