摘　　要：高校大学生就业工作正逐渐实现精准化,但在帮扶过程、帮扶责任、帮扶方式、退出机制等方面仍缺乏“精准性”。以“精准扶贫”理论为指引,按照“帮扶谁、谁来扶、怎么扶、如何退”的思路,紧抓“精准识别、精准帮扶、精准管理、精准退出”的关键环节,构建“动态化精准识别、全员化合力帮扶、全程化个性帮扶、标准化帮扶成效”的高校大学生就业精准动态帮扶体系,实现对大学生的就业精准帮扶,提升帮扶成效,提高帮扶质量。The employment of college students is gradually becoming more precise,but there is still a lack of precision in the process of assistance,assistance responsibilities,assistance methods,and exit mechanisms.Guided by the theory of“precision poverty alleviation”in accordance with the idea of“who will be helped,who will help,how to help,and how to withdraw”,due attention should be paid to the key issues of“precision in identification,assistance,management and exit”to build a system featuring dynamic precision identification,all-participating assistance,all-process personalized assistance and standardized assistance results to improve the effectiveness and quality of assistance.
