南京市2016年至2020年常规化学室间质评结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析南京市二级以上实验室常规化学检测结果,考核不同实验室间结果的可比性。方法收集2016年至2020年全市各参评实验室常规化学室间质评回报结果,分析22个回报项目的合格率及变异系数。结果五年来质评结果合格率均稳定在93%以上,PT合格率较高的是淀粉酶(平均99.49%)、肌酸激酶(平均99.09%),三酰甘油(平均99.07%),较低的是氯(平均88.14%)、钙(平均90.65%)。钙的平均CV值高于卫生部临床检验中心室间质量评价标准。结论随着各实验室检测水平的提高,各项目PT合格率稳定,CV值保持稳中有降的趋势。钙测定由于方法学的原因,采用离子选择性电极法进行测定CV值较大,各级医院在上报该项目时需注意方法学的选择。Objective To assess the comparability of results between different laboratories by analyzing the results of routine chemistry in the secondary-level and above laboratory in Nanjing area.Methods We collected the returned results of routine chemistry quality assessment in all participating laboratories from 2016 to 2020,and analyzed the qualification rate and coefficient of variations of 22 items.Results In the past five years,the qualification rate of quality assessment results was stably above 93%.The relatively high PT qualification rates were observed for amylase(average 99.49%),creatine kinase(average 99.09%),and triglyceride(average 99.07%),while the lower values were observed for chlorine(average 88.14%)and calcium(average 90.65%).The CV value of calcium was higher than the external quality assessment standard of the Ministry of Health National Center for Clinical Laboratory.Conclusion With the improvement of the testing ability of participated laboratories,the PT pass rate of each item is stable,and the CV value remains stable with a downward trend.For the methodological reasons of calcium determination,the ion-selective electrode method is used to determine calcium which leads to a higher CV value,and laboratories at all levels should pay more attentions to the choice of methodology when reporting the item results.
