摘　　要：“互联网+”医疗模式的快速发展,医疗行业数据保存逐渐从传统纸质保存模式向大数据保存模式过渡。但目前,健康医疗信息正面临着越来越多的安全挑战,安全问题频发。以“互联网+”健康医疗信息安全为目标,从健康医疗信息安全内涵入手,介绍美国健康医疗信息安全的法律体系、政策导向、技术研发及安全意识培训,在此基础上进行本土化研究,提出完善健康医疗信息安全立法保障,健全健康医疗信息安全政策指引,优化健康医疗信息安全技术手段,树立健康医疗信息安全保护意识等建议,以期规范和推动健康医疗数据的融合共享、开放应用,促进健康医疗信息技术发展。With the rapid development of the“Internet+”medical model,data storage in the medical industry has gradually transitioned from the traditional paper-based model to the big data model.However,health and medical information is facing more and more security challenges at present,and security issues occur frequently.With the goal of“Internet+”health medical information security,starting with the connotation of health medical information security,this paper introduced the legal system,policy orientation,technology research and development and security awareness training of health care information security in the United States,and conducted localization research based on this,proposed to improve the legislative guarantee of health medical information security,sound the policy guidance of health medical information security,optimize the technical means of health medical information security,establish the consciousness of health medical information security protection and so on.In order to standardize and promote the integration and sharing of health medical data,open application,and promote the development of health medical information technology.
