摘　　要：对于传统的旅游资源信息采集方法的不完整性、不规范性等问题,该系统以Android操作系统为基础,结合Internet的位置服务(LBS)平台中的GIS系统应用,运用C#等多种语言和ArcGIS Engine组件技术,并基于.NET框架的Microsoft Visual Studio 2010集成开发环境,以及电子地图、移动定位技术等,以海南岛为例,构建海南岛旅游资源管理平台以及资源信息采集系统.采用现代科技手段及GPS技术实现网络环境下利用智能手机的旅游资源信息采集、空间位置、实景照片的录入、审核,以及旅游资源数据统计、评价管理等功能.For the incompleteness and irregularity of traditional tourism resource information collection methods,a new tourism resource information collection system is established based on the Android operating system and the GIS system application in the internet location service(LBS)platform,using C#language and ArcGIS Engine Component technology,and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 integrated development environment based on the.NET framework,as well as electronic maps,mobile positioning technology,etc.Taking Hainan province as an example,“Hainan Province Tourism Resource Acquisition System”is built,using modern technology and GPS technology to achieve a network environment.The use of smart phones for tourism resource information collection,spatial location,entry and review of real photos,as well as tourism resource data statistics,evaluation management,and other functions.
