营利性民办高校法人治理结构研究

摘　　要：营利性民办高校是我国民办高等教育改革发展中出现的新事物,具有公益性与营利性的双重属性。完善的法人治理结构是营利性民办高校健康发展的重要保障。采取利益相关者共同治理模式是当前国内外民办高校法人治理结构的基本趋势。我国营利性民办高校法人治理结构要建立权力制衡的基本模式,强化党组织的政治核心作用,加强政府外部监管。For-profit private universities, as something new, arise in the reform and development of private higher education in China, and possess the dual attributes of public welfare and profitability.A complete corporate governance structure may provide important guarantee for the healthy development of for-profit private universities.It is the basic tendency for private universities home and abroad to adopt the mode of shared governance among stakeholders in their corporate governance structure.In China, for-profit private universities should set up the basic mode of balanced power in corporate governance structure, strengthen the political core function of the party organization, and strengthen the external supervision of the government.
