摘 要:古风菜名教学实践活动是在新冠肺炎疫情时期尝试利用信息技术的一次教学改革。它的优势在于活动设计理念灵活,体现了信息时代的新知识观和学习观;活动设计手段先进,实现了信息技术与教育教学的深度融合;活动设计评价科学,落实了多元化、差异化评价机制,能够培养创造性人才。它的不足在于教师对现代信息技术应用不熟练,学生综合知识和技能欠缺,古文的落寞与超功利,故不能产生相应的经济效应,只能作为一场文化的表演秀活动。Teaching practice of ancient-style dishes is an activity of teaching reform that tries to use information technology during the COVID-19 pandemic period.It has some advantages, for example, the activity design concept is flexible, and it reflects the new knowledge and learning concept in the information age;the activity design means is advanced, and it realizes the deep integration of information technology and education;the activity design evaluation is scientific, and it implements diversified and differentiated evaluation mechanism, which is helpful to cultivate creative talents.It also has some deficiencies, for example, the teacher’s application of modern information technology is not skilled, the students lack comprehensive knowledge and skills, and the ancient Chinese prose is somewhat desolate and beyond utilitarianism so it can’t produce corresponding economic benefit.This activity can only be reduced to a cultural performance show.
