摘　　要：落叶松(larix gmelinii R.)阿拉伯半乳聚糖(AG)具有免疫、抗肿瘤等药理活性,对其提取及纯化方法的研究具有重要意义。不同分离方法各具特色,综述了落叶松中AG的不同提取及纯化方法,以期为该糖的提取及纯化提供一定参考。其中温水抽提法效率较低,但由于抽提条件温和至今仍有较多应用;闪式提取、超声及微波辅助提取法近年来发展较快,其效率高,适合大规模生产使用。纯化方法中聚酰胺吸附法对杂质吸附效果最好,DEAE-纤维素色谱柱等还可实现多糖的分级纯化。最后对所述方法的研究潜力及潜在应用价值进行了展望。Arabinogalactan(AG)obtained from larch(Larix gmelinii R.)has immunological,antitumor and other pharmacological activities,it is of great significance to study the methods of extraction and purification.Various separation methods have different characteristics,in this work,the extraction and purification methods of arabinogalactan from larch have to be reviewed to provide some reference for the extraction and purification of this polysaccharide.The warm water extraction has low efficiency,but it still has many applications due to its mild conditions.In recent years,flash extraction,ultrasonic and microwave-assisted extraction have been developed rapidly,and they are characterized by high efficiency and suitable for large-scale production.Among the purification,the polyamide adsorption has the best effect.And DEAE-Cellulose chromatography,etc.can achieve fractional purification of polysaccharides.Finally,the research potential and applications value of these methods have been prospected.
