Case Sharing of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Diagnosis and Treatment of Tongue Cancer

摘　　要：早期舌癌患者手术和放疗会带来口腔及舌体功能的损伤,并发发音障碍、口腔黏膜炎、口干、营养不良等副反应,患者的整体生存质量下降,影响其生存期,运用单一方法在治疗效果不理想。本案例患者为Ⅰ期舌癌,手术后口腔及舌体功能损伤较严重,饮食营养存在问题,患者对放疗副反应存在担忧,在中医肿瘤科、康复科、营养科、药剂科多学科康复方案指导下,患者顺利完成30次放疗计划,随访10个月,患者发音交流及咀嚼吞咽无障碍,营养状况良好,体重稳定,生活工作均已恢复正常。Surgery and radiotherapy for patients with early tongue cancer will bring damage to oral and tongue function,and will result into side effects such as dysphonia,oral mucositis,xerostomia,malnutrition and other,which causes the decrease of the overall quality of life of the patients and affect their survival time.The use of a single method for the treatment and rehabilitation of tumors is not ideal,while the multi-disciplinary tumor rehabilitation outpatient model is patient-oriented,and is beneficial to the patients by the early intervention of traditional Chinese medicine combined with multi-disciplinary tumor rehabilitation program and by the whole-process rehabilitation management.In this article,the case is a first-stage tongue cancer.The oral and tongue function of the patient had seriously damaged after the operation,there existed dietary nutrition problems,and the patient was worried about the side effects of radiotherapy.Under the guidance of the multidisciplinary rehabilitation program of traditional Chinese medicine oncology department,rehabilitation department,nutrition department and pharmacy department,the patient successfully completed 30 times of radiotherapy as planned.Our work team made the follow-up to him for 8 times in 10 months.The recent follow-up showed that no obstacles existed in the patient’s pronunciation,communication,chewing and swallowing,the nutritional status of the patient is good,the body weight is stable,and his life and work have become normal.
