积极心理学视角下的工匠精神培育与弘扬探析

摘　　要：在2016年的两会以及2017年的十九大报告中,都指出了培育工匠精神的重要性,不难看出我国现阶段对于工匠精神的迫切需求。工匠精神包含创新精神的品质、精益求精的工作态度以及道技合一的人生境界。培育和发扬工匠精神,成为当下教育行业所需要完成的重要任务。就高职院校而言,培养学生积极向上的精神状态以及认真研究的学习态度,是思想政治教育需要开展的重要工作。为此,在积极心理学的视角下对高职学生进行工匠精神的培育势在必行。In the reports of the two sessions in 2016 and the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2017,both pointed out the importance of the craftsman spirit.It is not difficult to see the urgent need for the craftsman spirit in our country at this stage.The craftsman spirit contains the quality of innovative spirit,the work attitude of excellence,and the realm of life that combines principle and technology.It has become an important task that the education industry needs to complete at present to cultivate and carry forward the craftsman spirit,as a precious traditional cultural thought and traditional spirit of our country.As far as higher vocational colleges are concerned,cultivating students’positive mental state and a serious attitude towards study is an important task for ideological and political education.To this end,it is imperative to cultivate the craftsman spirit of higher vocational students from the perspective of positive psychology.
