依达拉奉、丙戊酸钠联合治疗脑卒中后继发性癫痫的疗效及对NSE的影响

摘　　要：目的研究依达拉奉和丙戊酸钠联合治疗脑卒中后继发性癫痫患者的效果,同时评价对患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的影响。方法将2017年6月至2018年8月到我院治疗的112例脑卒中后继发性癫痫患者随机分为联合治疗组和常规治疗组,各56例,分别应用丙戊酸钠缓释片和丙戊酸钠缓释片+依达拉奉进行治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果联合治疗组的治疗总有效率(96.43%)高于常规治疗组(85.71%),P<0.05,而两组的不良反应发生率(19.64%vs. 17.86%)之间无差异,P>0.05。治疗后,联合治疗组的癫痫发作次数、癫痫持续时间、NSE水平均低于常规治疗组,P<0.05。结论对脑卒中后继发性癫痫患者进行治疗时,应用依达拉奉和丙戊酸钠联合给药可以有效提高患者治疗的效果,且有较好的安全性,能够改善患者的NSE水平。Objective To investigate the efficacy of edaravone combined with valproate in the treatment of patients with secondary epilepsy after stroke,and to evaluate the effect on NSE.Methods Atotal of 112 patients with post-stroke epilepsy who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into a combined treatment group and a conventional treatment group,with 56 cases in each.The patients were treated with sodium valproate sustained-release tablets(conventional treatment group)and sodium valproate sustained-release tablets+edaravone(combined treatment group),to compare the effects.Results The total effective rate(96.43%)of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the conventional treatment group(85.71%),P<0.05,but there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(19.64%vs.17.86%),P>0.05.After treatment,the number of seizures,duration of epilepsy,and NSE level in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the conventional treatment group,P<0.05.Conclusion Edaravone combined with sodium valproate can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with epilepsy after stroke,and it has good safety and can improve the NSE level of patients.
