摘  要:目的分析运动疗法结合放散状冲击波对颞下颌关节紊乱病(TMD)患者疗效影响。方法选取2017年4月至2020年4月深圳市龙岗中心医院口腔科收治的78例TMD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,其中对照组39例实施超短波配合运动疗法;研究组39例实施放散状冲击波配合运动疗法。比较两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分以及生活质量。结果研究组治疗有效率、生活质量各维度评分高于对照组;两组VAS评分均较治疗前明显下降,且研究组下降低幅度更为明显(P <0.05)。结论运动疗法结合放散状冲击波能够明显提高TMD患者的临床疗效,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the impacts of exercise therapy combined with radial shock wave therapy(RSWT) on therapeutic efficacy in patients with TMD. Methods A total of 78 cases of patients with TMD admitted to the department of stomatology of Longgang Central Hospital of Shenzhen from April 2017 to April 2020 were divided into the control group(n=39) and the study group(n=39) according to random number table method. Among them, the control group was treated with ultrashort wave combined with exercise therapy, while the study group was treated with RSWT combined with exercise therapy. The clinical efficacy, pain visual analogue scale(VAS) score and quality of life of patients in two groups were compared. Results The scores of each dimension of the response rate and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group. The VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower compared with those before treatment, and the decrease was more obvious in the study group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Exercise therapy combined with RSWT can obviously improve the clinical efficacy of patients with TMD, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
