摘 要:采用问卷调查的方式对广西某公立医院医护人员的工作满意度状况进行调查,发现影响其的主要因素,为提高医护人员工作满意度提供依据。调查的主要内容包括医护人员的基本情况和工作满意度情况(包括医院管理、工资待遇与考核、工作本身、人际沟通与工作压力、个人发展以及影响工作满意度的因素6个维度)。结果发现医护人员对医院管理满意度较高,其次是个人发展和工作本身,人际沟通与工作压力满意度一般,对于工作环境、工资待遇与考核的满意度最低。此外,有无编制影响工作本身满意度,有编制的职工其工作本身满意度得分高于无编制的;工龄影响工作环境满意度,2年以下工龄和10年以上的工龄的满意度均高于6~10年工龄的。最终得出医务人员对工作环境、薪资待遇与考核的满意度较低,需进一步重视和改善职工的工作环境和薪资待遇的结论。Using the method of questionnaire survey, this paper investigates the job satisfaction of medical staff in a public hospital in Guangxi, and finds out the main influencing factors, so as to provide the basis for improving the job satisfaction of medical staff. The main contents of the survey include the basic situation of medical staff and job satisfaction(including six dimensions of hospital management, salary and assessment, work itself, interpersonal communication and work pressure, personal development and factors affecting job satisfaction). The results showed that the satisfaction of medical staff to hospital management was higher, followed by personal development and work itself, interpersonal communication and job stress satisfaction was general, and the satisfaction of working environment, salary and assessment was the lowest. In addition, with or without the establishment, the job satisfaction score of the staff with the establishment is higher than that without the establishment;the length of service affects the satisfaction of the work environment, and the satisfaction of the employees with less than 2 years of service and more than 10 years of service is higher than that of the employees with 6-10 years of service. Finally, it is concluded that the satisfaction of the medical staff to the working environment, salary and assessment is low, and it is necessary to pay more attention to and improve the working environment and salary of the staff.
