经股动脉埋植动脉药盒治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨动脉药盒在晚期胃癌治疗中的临床价值。方法选取2016年10月至2019年9月经胃镜取活检证实为晚期胃癌的患者60例,依据化疗途径不同分为两组,各30例。观察组采用经皮经股动脉植入药盒,术后经动脉药盒行2周化疗;对照组采用常规静脉化疗,每2周化疗1次。结果观察组总有效率为86.6%,高于对照组的56.7%(P<0.05);观察组24、30个月的生存率分别为86.7%、76.7%,高于对照组的56.7%、36.7%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为33.3%,低于对照组的63.3%(P<0.05)。结论经动脉药盒间断性化疗治疗晚期胃癌较常规静脉化疗可明显改善患者生存质量,提高生存率。Objective To explore the clinical value of arterial kit in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods 60 patients with advanced gastric cancer confirmed by endoscopic biopsy from October 2016 to September 2019 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the different ways of chemotherapy.The observation group was treated with percutaneous transfemoral artery implantation kit,and was treated with arterial kit for 2 weeks,and the control group was treated with routine intravenous chemotherapy once every 2 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.7%,which was higher than 56.7%of the control group(P<0.05);the 24 and 30 month survival rates of the observation group were 86.7%and 76.7%,respectively,which were higher than 56.7%and 36.7%of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 33.3%,which was lower than 63.3%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of life and the survival rate of patients with advanced gastric cancer can be significantly improved by the treatment of intermittent chemotherapy via arterial drug box compared with the conventional intravenous chemotherapy.
