非超声乳化小切口与超声乳化吸除手术治疗白内障的临床疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比分析非超声乳化小切口与超声乳化吸除手术治疗白内障的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月于本院收治的106例白内障患者作为研究对象,根据随机双盲对照原则分为常规组(非超声乳化小切口手术)与研究组(超声乳化吸除手术),每组53例。比较两组术后裸眼视力、角膜散光度、并发症发生情况。结果研究组术后裸眼视力高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组术后角膜散光度低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗白内障患者过程中,超声乳化吸除手术相较于非超声乳化小切口手术有效性、安全性更高,值得临床推广。Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of non phacoemulsification small incision and phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract.Methods 106 cases of cataract patients in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of double-blind randomized control,they were divided into the conventional group(non phacoemulsification small incision surgery)and the study group(phacoemulsification surgery),with 53 cases in each group.The uncorrected visual acuity,corneal astigmatism and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The uncorrected visual acuity of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the corneal astigmatism of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the complications in the study group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with non phacoemulsification,phacoemulsification is more effective and safer in the clinical treatment of cataract patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
