摘　　要：船舶修理企业在维修某些液压设备故障时,需要拆卸一些设备以便于更换其中的零部件,但如果没有精准的故障诊断,往往会导致新的系统故障。文章以某船舵机液压系统故障为例,分析故障产生的原因,并提出解决方案,对从事甲板机械维修的人员具有一定的参考意义。When repairing some hydraulic equipment failures,ship repair enterprises need to disassemble some equipment to facilitate the replacement of parts,but without accurate fault diagnosis,it will often lead to new system failures.This paper takes the hydraulic system failure of hydraulic steering gear of a ship as an example,analyzes the causes of the failure,and puts forward solutions,which has certain reference significance for the personnel engaged in deck mechanical maintenance.
