摘　　要：隶属湘鄂川黔苏区的保靖县糯梯红色基因是中国共产党人精神内核的组成部分,它包含坚守初心的为民情怀、坚定理想的革命精神、勇闯新路的创新精神等重要内涵。党员干部道德建设应从中国革命红色基因中汲取有益成分,这有助于强化"不忘初心、继续前进"的精神传承、有助于增强党员干部教育的道德文化支撑、有助于提高党员干部道德建设的实效性。在具体途径上,应将红色基因融入理想信念教育、忠诚为民教育、干事创业教育以及思想观念教育。The Nuoti spirit is an integral part of Chinese Communists'spiritual core,which contains important connotations such as the spirit of serving the people,the revolutionary spirit of firm ideals,and the innovative spirit of bravely exploring new ways.The Party cadres'moral construction should absorb beneficial elements from the red gene of Chinese revolution,which is conducive to strengthening the spiritual inheritance of“stay true to your original intention and keep moving forward”,and could add to the support of moral culture in the education of Party cadres,and can even improve the effectiveness of Party cadres'moral construction.To be specific,the red gene should be integrated into the education of the ideal faith,the education of how to faithfully serving the people,the education of work and entrepreneurship,and the ideological education.
