摘　　要：本文针对现有人才培养体系不足以支撑地方产业发展的现实问题,以常熟理工学院机电类专业“3+2”项目为例,结合苏州市及周边地区特色产业发展需求,提出了学生能力培养与地方产业需求相匹配的培养模式。Aiming at the problem that the current talent training system failed to support the development of local industries,this paper takes the“3+2”project of the mechanical and electrical engineering major of Changshu Institute of Technology as an example,and based on the development needs of characteristic industries in Suzhou and surrounding areas,and proposes a talents training model which matches the training of students’ability and the requirements of local industries.
