摘 要:目的:探讨医务人员情绪劳动对医患关系的影响,检验工作满意度对两者关系的调节效应。方法:采用情绪劳动量表、医患关系量表和明尼苏达工作满意度量表(压缩版)对334名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果:医患关系与情绪劳动、工作满意度呈显著正相关;低内源性工作满意度组中,医务人员的深层行为能够显著影响医患关系。结论:医务人员情绪劳动与医患关系之间相互影响,内源性工作满意度对深层行为和医患关系有显著调节作用。Objective:To explore the relationship between doctor-patient relationship and emotional labor in medical staff,and to test the moderating roles of job satisfaction in this link.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 334 medical staff using the Emotional Labor Scale,the Doctor-Patient Relationship Scale,and the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale.Results:There was a significant positive correlation between doctor-patient relationship and emotional labor and job satisfaction.In the low endogenous job satisfaction group,the deep acting of medical staff can significantly predict the doctor-patient relationship.Conclusion:The interaction between emotional staff and doctor-patient relationship among medical staff.Endogenous job satisfaction is served to moderate significantly the association between deep acting and doctor-patient relationship.
