摘  要:为缓解紧张的医疗供求关系,满足人民日益增长的大健康需求,大型公立医院凭借自身优质的卫生资源和品牌优势发展分院区。在城市发展政策的引导下,北京某三甲医院建立了新院区。多院区模式在保证公平性原则的前提下,北京某三甲医院通过精简组织结构、调整绩效管理模式、加强沟通、建设信息平台的方式,充分发挥了绩效激励的杠杆作用,并逐步推行绩效管理一体化。In order to alleviate the strained medical supply and demand and to meet the growing demand of people for great health,large public hospitals are developing branch campuses with their own quality health resources and brand advantages.Under the guidance of urban development policies,a Grade III hospital in Beijing has established a new hospital district.The multi-district model has given full play to the leverage of performance incentives and gradually implemented the integration of performance management by streamlining the organizational structure,adjusting the performance management model,strengthening communication,and building an information platform in a Grade III hospital in Beijing,while ensuring the principle of fairness.
