摘 要:研究了双螺杆榨油机压榨过程中,榨膛内部榨螺与油料相互作用产生的流场及其变化规律,建立了榨螺和流体域的物理模型。在Fluent软件中进行有限元仿真求解,获得油料在压榨段的压力场、速度场和浓度场分布,一定范围内压力和温度越大,浓度越大,越利于出油。In order to study the flow field distribution and variation law of the interaction between oil and screw in the chamber of a twin screw press,a physical model of the screw press and the fluid field was established.Fluent is used to solve the finite element simulation.The distributions of pressure field and velocity field and concentration field of oil in the press section were obtained.In the certain scope,the pressure and temperature were higher,and the concentration was higher,which was beneficial to get high oil yield.
