摘 要:以三节臂轮式液压挖掘机工作装置为研究对象,利用连杆坐标系和齐次变换矩阵建立其几何关系,分析上动臂液压缸与主要工作尺寸的变化关系。借助三维软件对工作装置进行实体建模并在Adams中进行运动仿真,仿真中取上动臂液压缸的不同长度绘制挖掘包络图,并叠加得到包络曲线族及合成包络图。与两节臂挖掘机包络图比较表明三节臂挖掘机作业范围大于两节臂挖掘机。仿真还得出了三节臂挖掘机主要作业参数与上动臂液压缸长度的关系曲线,为研究该类机型的作业范围提供参考。Taking working device of three-arm wheel hydraulic excavator as the research object,the geometric relationship is est abl ished by linkage coord inate system and homogeneous transformation matrix to analyze relationship between hydraulic cylinder of upper arm a nd ma in working dimensions.With the aid of three-dimensional software,the working device is modeled,and the motion simulation is performed in Adams.In the simulation,different lengths of hydraulic cylinder of upper arm are ta ken to d raw digging envelope diagram,and the envelop curve family and composite envelop diagram are obtained by super position.Compared with the envelop diagram of two-arm excavator,the working range of three-arm excavator is larger than that of two-arm excavator.The relationship curve between the main working parameters of threearm excavator and the hydraulic cylinder length of upper arm is also obtained from the simulation,which provides a reference for research on working range of this type of machine.
