摘　　要：目的探讨手部血管源性肿瘤的发病特点及治疗体会。方法回顾性分析2007年1月-2019年6月经手术治疗且有明确病理诊断的837例手部血管源性肿瘤发病特点。结果手部血管源性肿瘤以良性肿瘤多见,恶性肿瘤较罕见;软组织肿瘤多于骨组织肿瘤;以血管瘤最为多见,其次是血管球瘤和血管炎性肉芽肿。结论手部血管源性肿瘤应早发现、早治疗,以手术治疗为主,显微外科技术可广泛用于其治疗,可有效避免复发。Objective To study the clinical characteristic of angiogenic tumors of the hand and introduce the treatment experience.Methods The clinical data of 837 cases of angiogenic tumors of the hand with pathological diagnosis from January 2007 to June 2019 were restropectively analyzed.The clinical features,clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment were reviewed and studid.Results Benign tumors of angiogenic tumors of the hand were common,malignant tumors were rare.Soft tissue tumors were more than bone tissue tumors.Most tumors of the hand were hemangioma.The second was glomus tumor and angioinflammatory granuloma.Conclusion Angiogenic tumors of the hand should be early detected and diagnosed.Surgery should be the main choice of treatment of hand angiogenic tumors.The application of microsurgical techniques in the treatment can effectively prevent recurrence.
