摘 要:对比分析了近年来超声组织定征实时监测肿瘤热消融的方法。分别对超声弹性成像和定量超声成像的原理、方法、结果、存在不足等方面进行了讨论。结果表明,超声组织定征在热消融实时监测领域具有极大的发展空间,但仍存在监测精度不足、难以全程监测、在体实验不足等问题,无法实现临床应用。需要进一步研究可实现消融区和过渡区准确检测、实时性强且易与现有超声设备结合的监测方法。The methods of monitoring the thermal ablation of tumor are compared and analyzed in recent years.The principle method results and insufficient of ultrasound elastography and quantitative ultrasound imaging are discussed.The results show that ultrasonic tissue signature has great development space in the field of real-time monitoring of thermal ablation,but there are still some problems such as insufficient monitoring accuracy difficulty in whole-course monitoring and insufficient in vivo experiments,so it is impossible to realize clinical application.It is necessary to further study the monitoring method which can realize accurate and real-time detection of ablation zone and transition zone and can be easily combined with the existing ultrasonic equipment.
