摘　　要：自然保护区社区共管是一种能够兼顾当地居民生存发展和生物多样性保护的管理模式,它更适合于压力的开放性资源管理,促使社区居民承担责任、监督管理工作,并可在社区经济发展方面取得显著效果。本文分析了宁夏哈巴湖国家级自然保护区社区共管的背景与措施,探讨了该保护区社区共管存在的问题,提出了具体的社区共管建议,突破共管的制约因素,促进了自然保护区及其社区的可持续发展。Co-management between nature reserve and community is a kind of management model to combine local resident living development with protection of biodiversity.It is fit for opening resources management under pressing,promotes the residents’undertaking responsibility and supervising management works of the reserve,and can obtain significant effect in the development of community economy.This paper analyzed the background and measures of co-management between nature reserve and community of Ningxia Habahu National Nature Reserve,discussed the problems in of the co-management,put forward suggestions for the co-management with aims to break through limit factors of co-management and serve the sustainable development of nature reserve and community.
