摘　　要：实验教学工作在高校建设中的地位不断提高,而实验技术队伍建设是实验室建设中的重要环节,需要根据高校发展需求进行规划。从实验技术人员的地位和作用入手,分析其在高校建设中的重要性;从人员水平和结构、人员激励、人员管理等方面总结实验技术队伍建设中现存问题;同时对于工科院校艺术类实验技术人员队伍建设提出了思路和建议:应当重视实验教学,做好实验室规划,制定科学管理方案,提升员工激励,并且制定个性化培养方案,增加进修交流机会。The position of experimental teaching in the construction of universities has been continuously improved.The construction of laboratory technicians is an important part of laboratory construction,which is needed to be designed based on the development demands.Starting with the status and role of experimental technicians,the importance in the construction of colleges and universities is analyzed,and the existing problems in the construction of laboratory teams in terms of personnel level and structure,personnel incentives,and personnel management are summarized.At the same time,ideas and suggestions for the construction of laboratory technicians in arts labs of engineering colleges are put forward.Experimental teaching should be paid attention to.Laboratory development and scientific management plans should be designed well.Also,employee motivation,individualized training programs and opportunities for further exchanges need to be enhanced.
