经管类创新创业实验室建设探索

摘　　要：在大力提倡“大众创业万众创新”、加快建设创新型国家的时代背景下,高校将创新教育作为教育目标,为创新型国家培育创新创业人才,不少高校以“双一流”建设为契机,启动了创新创业实验室建设工作。以经管类创新创业实验室建设为例,从创新创业实验室建设的必要性、实验室教学体系设计、实验室文化体系建设、师资队伍建设、实验室布局与实验室资源整合等几个方面进行了探索,希望为经管类创新创业实验室建设与管理提供有益参考。Under the background of vigorously advocating“mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation”and accelerating the construction of an innovation-oriented country,universities regard innovation education as the educational goal and train innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the innovation-oriented country.This paper introduces that university takes the“double first-class”construction as an opportunity to promote the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial laboratory.Taking the construction of economics and management innovation and entrepreneurial laboratory as an example,this paper makes some reflections on the necessity of the construction of an innovative and entrepreneurship laboratory,the design of a laboratory teaching system,the construction of laboratory culture system,the construction of a teaching staff,the layout of the laboratory and resource integration.Hoping to provide useful reference for the construction and management of economics and management innovation and entrepreneurial laboratory.
