摘　　要：高校科研实验室是科研人才培育以及针对科研未知领域展开探索的重要场所,其能否安全运作将影响到高校能否长久发展及师生生命安全与学校财产安全的重要保障。剖析了高校科研实验室的发展现状及存在的问题,提出了建立实验室安全管理组织体系、优化规章制度、规范科研实验室安全建设、提高现有实验室安全投入、加大实验室安全教育力度、运用现代化信息管理手段等若干工作建议,为促进高校科研实验室的持续健康发展提供安全保障。Scientific research laboratory in colleges and universities is an important place to cultivate and explore the mystery of scientific research,and its safe operation is related to the sustainable development of colleges and universities as well as the safety of life and property of teachers and students.Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the scientific research laboratory in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the establishment of the laboratory safety management organization system,the perfection of the rules and regulations,the implementation of the laboratory safety responsibility system,and the standardization of the construction of the scientific research laboratory,increasing the investment in the safety of existing laboratories,safety education of scientific research laboratories,and modern information management methods to promote the sustainable and healthy development of scientific research.
